Treating carpal tunnel syndrome

Where do the symptoms arise?
In carpal tunnel syndrome, the median nerve is compressed at the wrist. Typical symptoms are altered sensation in the thumb, index and middle fingers and parts of the ring finger. Depending on the symptoms, other causes, such as problems in the cervical spine, must also be considered.

We discuss the appropriate technique individually. Recovery also depends on how long and how severely the nerve has been affected; complete relief of symptoms cannot be guaranteed.
